Why For Good Causes

We are a new UK-based technology company. We’re on a mission to raise more money for more of Britain’s charities. And we’ve built a smart new technology platform that connects the nation’s charities, brands, banks, businesses, and consumers.

Choice

We’re here for all good causes (not just the few big names that tend to get most of the attention). And we make it easy for people to donate to whichever causes and charities they feel most passionate about.

Innovation

We use ingenious technologies and smart thinking to tap-in to money that may otherwise be squandered. And, by applying innovation, we bring more opportunities for more people to donate to more UK charities.

Connectivity

Our powerful, web-based platform is custom-built to liberate people’s generosity. It connects every charity with all of the UK’s brands, banks, businesses, and consumers – securely and seamlessly.

Privacy

We care deeply about privacy. We’re not interested in who people are, where they’re based, or how else they spend their time or money. And you can be sure that we’ll never share anyone’s data.

Open & affordable

There are no set-up fees and no subscription fees for anyone. We just take a small percentage of each transaction, which is in line with other types of digital transaction, and way below most commercial fundraising models.

The Team

The team behind For Good Causes brings together an unusual blend of credentials.

We previously worked in senior roles for companies like Visa, Accenture, Shell and Experian. So, we understand technology, payments, security, and marketing. And the thing that binds us all together is our shared determination to raise more money for more good causes.

Advisory Panel

We like to be challenged. So, from the start, we pulled together a panel of some of the brightest and most questioning people we know. Our brief to them was to give us a tough time – by continually asking us questions that get to the heart of our proposition, our business model, and our mission to raise more money for more good causes.
