Smart Works Charity Donation

Smart Works is a UK charity that provides high quality interview clothes and interview training to unemployed women in need.

Women are referred to us from organisations such as job centres, work programmes, prisons, care homes, homeless shelters and mental health charities. Half have been unsuccessful in over 20 applications. A third have been turned down from over 50 jobs. All are suffering from a lack of confidence in their own abilities.

The tangible impact that our service has on a woman’s confidence is something we have the privilege to witness every day, and 60% of our clients go on to get the job.

We are committed to the continued innovation, expansion and refinement of our Smart Works service and are passionate about bringing Smart Works to more women around the UK, ensuring we reach those who are hardest to help and most in need.

In order to do this, we need financial support to run our highly effective business model.  We are proud that 94% of expenditure is spent on charitable work, meaning that the money donated goes directly to supporting our services and helping women back into employment across the UK.
