Christmas can be a difficult time of year for people who have lost loved ones, are struggling with their mental health, and maybe don't have strong support networks around them. It can be a time where people are feeling more lonely or more anxious during what is for them, a stressful month.

We are raising money to provide Christmas meals and a fun festive experience for people with mental ill-health, in a welcoming and supportive environment.

Mental Health UK will be hosting events for their beneficiaries in some of their services around the UK.

For just £5 you can sponsor a meal for someone who needs support for their mental health, while spreading a bit of festive cheer!
