Children's Hospice South West Donation

Your kind contribution will help to ensure that Children’s Hospice South West can continue to care for over 500 families across the South West that have received the most unimaginable news that their child is unlikely to reach adulthood.

We offer medical care and support where children with life-limiting conditions and their families can take a short break away together from home, to re-charge their batteries in a homely, warm and welcoming environment and a chance to simply be a family and make some cherished memories together.

The care we offer is wide ranging; respite and short breaks, emergency care, palliative care and end of life care. We operate three hospices; Little Bridge House in North Devon, Charlton Farm in North Somerset and Little Harbour in mid Cornwall.

Our services are free to those families that need us and your donation will directly help to continue this much needed support.
